Our Coffee
Our exquisite blends are made from coffee beans of fine quality that were meticulously selected by hand at just the right maturation point. Subsequently processed using environment friendly technology and slowly sundried in our courtyards. After which they are stored for careful selection of only those beans boasting superior aroma, body, acidity, and flavour.

roastings
Orquidea Negra
Medium Roast: Also known as regular roast, the medium roast comes several minutes after the first time the beans have cracked and expanded. It's color is medium light brown to medium brown. This roast is sweeter than the light roast, exhibits more body, and has a fine balance between acidity, aroma and complexity. This toast shows less of the original features of the coffee beans but one can still taste its origin and character. As the light roast, the medium roast has a dry surface.
Flor de Cacao
Dark Roast: When the coffee reaches approximately 224 °C (435 °F), a second crack occurs. Here light surface oil starts to form and the now moderate dark brown beans have a new shiny oily surface with greater body. The dark roast produces a sweeter flavor, bitersweet like chocolate. The acidity is muted, concealed by the natural sugars that surface as the grain is exposed to more heat for longer time.
